We want you to be completely satisfied with PGPayTrack. If for any reason you’re not happy with your subscription, please read the terms below.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase.
  • No refunds on renewal subscriptions.
  • Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for annual plans cancelled mid-term.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at billing@pgpaytrack.com with your account details and reason for cancellation. Our billing team will review and respond within 3 business days.

Exceptions

No refunds for issues caused by user negligence (e.g., lost credentials) or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, major outages outside our control).
